We may collect account information, such as name, email address, login credentials, organization membership, role, plan, and billing-related identifiers. We may also collect football workspace content that users create or upload, including plays, playbooks, scouting notes, organization assets, staff invitations, and related metadata.

We also collect technical and usage information, such as device type, browser, operating system, IP address, log data, security events, and product interactions needed to operate, secure, and improve Turnover.

How We Use Information

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Turnover product.
  • Create and manage user accounts, organizations, invitations, and permissions.
  • Sync and share workspace content between authorized organization members.
  • Provide support, respond to inquiries, and communicate service updates.
  • Protect the service from misuse, fraud, unauthorized access, and technical issues.
  • Comply with legal, accounting, security, and contractual obligations.

How Information Is Shared

Turnover does not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us host the product, store data, send emails, process payments, monitor reliability, and provide support. We may also share organization workspace content with users who have authorized access inside the same organization.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect the rights and safety of Turnover or others, or as part of a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

Cookies and Local Storage

Turnover may use cookies, local storage, session storage, or similar technologies to keep users signed in, remember preferences, protect accounts, and support product functionality. Clearing browser data may remove locally stored preferences or unsynced local workspace data.
