role, plan, and billing-related identifiers. We may also collect football workspace content that users create
or upload, including plays, playbooks, scouting notes, organization assets, staff invitations, and related
metadata.
We also collect technical and usage information, such as device type, browser, operating system, IP address,
log data, security events, and product interactions needed to operate, secure, and improve Turnover.
How We Use Information
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Turnover product.
- Create and manage user accounts, organizations, invitations, and permissions.
- Sync and share workspace content between authorized organization members.
- Provide support, respond to inquiries, and communicate service updates.
- Protect the service from misuse, fraud, unauthorized access, and technical issues.
- Comply with legal, accounting, security, and contractual obligations.
How Information Is Shared
Turnover does not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us host
the product, store data, send emails, process payments, monitor reliability, and provide support. We may also
share organization workspace content with users who have authorized access inside the same organization.
We may disclose information if required by law, to protect the rights and safety of Turnover or others, or as
part of a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

Turnover may use cookies, local storage, session storage, or similar technologies to keep users signed in,
remember preferences, protect accounts, and support product functionality. Clearing browser data may remove
locally stored preferences or unsynced local workspace data.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes,
and enforce agreements. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect
information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
User Choices
Users may contact us to request help accessing, correcting, exporting, or deleting account information,
subject to legal, security, billing, and organization administration requirements. Organization administrators
may control access to shared organization content.
Children
Turnover is intended for coaches, staff, teams, and football organizations. It is not directed to children
under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
