Use of Turnover
Turnover is a football planning and intelligence product for coaches, staff members, teams, and
organizations. You are responsible for using Turnover lawfully, maintaining the confidentiality of your
account credentials, and ensuring that users you invite are authorized to access your organization.
Accounts and Organizations
Some features require an account or organization membership. Organization administrators may invite users,
assign roles, manage permissions, and control access to shared organization content. You must provide
accurate account information and keep it up to date.
User Content
You retain ownership of plays, playbooks, scouting notes, files, and other content you create or upload to
Turnover. You grant Turnover a limited license to host, process, display, sync, back up, and share that
content only as needed to provide and improve the service.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed for content you add to
Turnover, including any team, player, staff, game, opponent, or media-related material.
Acceptable Use
- Do not access Turnover without authorization or attempt to bypass security controls.
- Do not disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the service.
- Do not upload unlawful, harmful, infringing, or malicious content.
- Do not use Turnover to violate the rights, privacy, or safety of others.
Subscriptions and Payments
Paid plans, if enabled, may be billed according to the pricing and billing terms presented at checkout or in
the account dashboard. Taxes, renewals, cancellations, trials, refunds, and seat limits may vary by plan and
will be described where the plan is purchased or managed.
Beta and Pre-Release Features
Turnover may include beta, preview, or experimental features. These features may change, break, be limited,
or be removed without notice. They should not be relied on as final production functionality.
Service Availability
We work to keep Turnover reliable, but the service may be unavailable during maintenance, updates, outages,
